Last night we watched a program about cats and how they are an internet sensation and enjoyed it immensely, of course. This morning I woke up to an email from Sleuth with a link to this very cute video! Thank you Sleuth. I love nice coincidences.

Smiles on a very grey Monday

Amy sent me a couple of emails, one with humorous pictures and the other with photos of the Grand Canyon. As I don't have a head for heights, I may (or may not) select the photos that don't make me dizzy for a future post... Meanwhile, here are some smile inducing pics. Thank you, Amy.

A post is born

The other day I posted the poem "The colour of my dreams." I wasn't planning on posting a poem at all...

I was going through my saved photos, looking for a theme, and there were some lovely pictures in vivid colours, so I decided to do a post using them. Every time I looked at the photos, the expression "colour of my dreams" came into my thoughts. That's when I remembered Peter Dixon's poem and that particular post was born. I used two of the pictures from the "Colours" collection to illustrate it.
